1. To organise a refund under these terms and conditions, please notify us via e-mail at info@nanoman.com.au within 30 days of receipt of goods and request a refund under these terms and conditions.
2. The purchaser must comply with the directions of Nanoman staff in order to facilitate a refund.
3. Where a purchaser requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions (30 Day Money Back Guarantee), the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Charge (if any).
4. The 30 Day period will commence on the date that the purchaser accepts delivery of their product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the goods.
5. The purchaser will be asked to provided details on:
– Application surface
– Application method
– Reason for requesting refund
6. The purchaser may be requested to return the unused portion of the goods and if so, must be returned within 14 days of being so requested under these terms and conditions.
7. Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Returns and Refunds terms and conditions. This includes being returned in the original packaging.
8. Purchasers must return the goods for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost and must comply with the directions for returning the product that Nanoman staff have provided to them.
9. After receiving the returned goods, Nanoman will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable, but not exceeding 14 days, and the purchaser will be provided with e-mail notification. If possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Nanoman accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in the purchaser receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
